Our prices
Prices are quoted in CHF (Swiss francs) and are ex works - CH 7482 Bergün, excluding VAT and shipping costs. Packaging is charged at cost price. Offers in foreign currencies are charged at the daily exchange rate. Special requests will be charged in addition to the published prices according to the time and material required.


Shipping costs
The shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of the parcel or pallet. These will be invoiced to the recipient by Florinett AG.
Deliveries abroad are charged DAP (delivery at place), i.e. the recipient pays the VAT and import duty in the country of destination.


Order quantity
For orders from abroad with a value of less than CHF 100.00, a small quantity surcharge of CHF 25.00 will be charged. 


Payment
Domestic: 30 days net by bank transfer, TWINT, debit/credit card
Abroad: advance payment by bank transfer, debit/credit card (Visa/Master Card), PayPal.
Please note: A fee of 5% of the invoice amount will be charged for payments with PayPal.


Delivery / Shipping
The goods are shipped abroad after payment by post or forwarding agent. All goods delivered by us remain our unrestricted property until all claims to which we are entitled from the delivery contracts have been fulfilled. The goods shall be shipped in the best possible packaging.
Domestic shipment is made by A or B mail with invoice.

 

Reservation and later shipment
Wood that is selected and reserved on site in Bergün or Latsch must be paid for within 30 days of the reservation.
Payment must also be made within 30 days of the reservation if the wood is not dispatched until a later date.


Return / exchange
We classify our resonance wood according to the criteria described on this website. These are natural products that may show slight variations in quality. You cannot return or exchange items that were selected and purchased in the online store on the basis of an original product photo. All items (except accessories) are displayed in the online store on the basis of original photos, whereby the photos may show slight optical color deviations from the original product.


Complaints due to damage
The goods are shipped by Florinett AG in perfect condition. Should damage occur during transportation, it is the responsibility of the recipient to report this to Florinett AG as transport damage within 14 days of receipt using clear photographic documentation. At the same time, the recipient must report the damage to his postal company. The latter is obliged to complete an internationally recognized damage report. No reimbursement is possible without a damage report.

Florinett AG accepts no responsibility for invisible damage (hidden defects) and rejects any compensation. This applies in particular to damage in and on the wood that occurs due to improper storage or processing by the recipient.

Place of fulfillment for delivery and payment is exclusively Bergün.
