Shipping costs
The shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of the parcel or pallet. These will be invoiced to the recipient by us.
We charge DAP (delivery at place) for deliveries abroad. This means that the recipient pays the VAT and import duty in the country of destination.


Order quantity
For orders from abroad with a value of less than CHF 100.00, a small quantity surcharge of CHF 25.00 will be charged.


Payment
Domestic: 30 days net by bank transfer, TWINT, debit/credit card
Abroad: advance payment by bank transfer, debit/credit card (Visa/Master Card) Please note: A fee of 5% of the invoice amount will be charged for payments with PayPal.



Delivery / Shipping
The goods are shipped abroad after payment by post or forwarding agent. All goods delivered by us remain our unrestricted property until all claims to which we are entitled from the delivery contracts have been fulfilled. The goods shall be shipped in the best possible packaging.
Domestic shipment is made by A or B mail with invoice.

 

Reservation and later shipment
Wood that is selected and reserved on site in Bergün or Latsch must be paid for within 30 days of the reservation.
Payment must also be made within 30 days of the reservation if the wood is not dispatched until a later date.
