We classify our resonance wood according to the criteria described on this website. These are natural products that may show slight variations in quality. You cannot return or exchange items that were selected and purchased in the online store on the basis of an original product photo. All items (except accessories) are displayed in the online store on the basis of original photos, whereby the photos may show slight optical color deviations from the original product.
Complaints due to damage
The goods are shipped by Florinett AG in perfect condition. Should damage occur during transportation, it is the responsibility of the recipient to report this to Florinett AG as transport damage within 14 days of receipt using clear photographic documentation. At the same time, the recipient must report the damage to his postal company. The latter is obliged to complete an internationally recognized damage report. No reimbursement is possible without a damage report.
Florinett AG accepts no responsibility for invisible damage (hidden defects) and rejects any compensation. This applies in particular to damage in and on the wood that occurs due to improper storage or processing by the recipient.
